Tapas Kit for 2 People

Enjoy the amazing taste of Campo Blanco at home with our 3 course Tapas Kit. We have used some traditional influences from all over Spain as well as modernising some dishes to create a collection of mouth watering, stand out food items.

All food is ready prepared and ready to be heated in a pre-heated oven, pop it in for 20 minutes and enjoy. Full instructions in the box.

Our Tapas Kits are designed for 2 people and include;

Starter:

Meat & Cheese Platter 

A mixture of Cured Meats, Manchego Cheese, Bread, Oil, Balsamic & Vinegar, Aioli and Accompaniments

Tapas:

Fried New Potatoes// Patatas Al Pobre 

Roasted & Fried New Potatoes cooked with Onions, Green Peppers and Garlic served with Two separate toppings on the side: Bravas Sauce and a Slow-Cooked and Pulled Chistorra (a thin Chorizo Sausage) and Piquillo Pepper Sauce
 

Aubergine Ribbons // Rollitos de Berenjenas

Seasoned Aubergine Ribbons, stuffed with Feta Cheese mixed with fresh Chillies and Mint on top of a roasted Tomato Sauce

Catalan Sausage // Botifarra amb Mongetes

This is a version of a and traditional dish of the Catalan cuisine. Catalan’s famous grilled sausage served with a Cannellini Beans and Roasted Almond sauce with a hint of Fennell.

Pulled Beef & Chicken // Pringa Montadito

One of the most succulent specialities of the Sevillian Tapas. Pulled Meat; Chicken and Beef, slow-cooked with Spanish Paprika and Fresh Garlic which is served on a Slice of Corn Bread

Garlic Prawns // Gambas al Ajillo  

Kings Prawns cooked in Fresh Garlic and Chilli Oil

Cod in Romesco Sauce// Bacalao y Romesco 

Baked Cod fillet on a bed of homemade Romesco Sauce made from a mixture of Peppers, Fresh Garlic, Toasted Almonds, and Dried Chilli

Cheesecake of the Week 

The perfect way to end any meal! Flavour may vary.

You can collect your Tapas Kit on a Friday or Saturday anytime between 3pm – 6pm.

You can have it delivered before 6pm (+£3). Please make your delivery selection at Checkout. We deliver all over Greater Manchester!
